This is how the Vilnius City Municipality program is presented, in which participating Vilnius residents can receive funding to implement a project attractive to the entire community. As stated on the website created specifically for this program:
- individual residents or groups of residents come up with an idea of small or large scale;
- on the idea submission page, they fill out the idea proposal form;
- an expert working group appointed by the municipality evaluates the received ideas, their compliance with requirements, and passes them on to the voting stage;
- during electronic voting, residents choose the large-scale (city) and small-scale (their own eldership) project ideas they like the most;
- the ideas that receive the most support, depending on the scale, are implemented by the Vilnius municipality within 1–2 years.
An idea to install an “Agility playground for dogs” in Vilnius Pilaitė was submitted for this program. The idea was evaluated as meeting the requirements, and residents were allowed to vote for it. Having gathered enough votes, it seemed the idea would become a reality. However, this did not happen.
This playground is special because dog owners could exercise, train, and actively spend time with their pets there.

Suggested a Different Playground
As Kšištofas, who presented this idea, wrote on Facebook, in the first days of March this year he was invited to a meeting to discuss the idea together with representatives of Vilnius City Municipality, Pilaitė Eldership, and Vilnius Development Company.
