„One person has been detained for suspected possession of narcotic substances, circumstances are being clarified. One person (detained – BNS) for appearing in a public place while intoxicated, three citizens – for violating traffic rules, i.e., obstructing traffic, two minors – for failing to comply with the lawful demands of police officers. And one person (detained – BNS) for a minor public order offense,“ Jevgenijus Liepis, head of the Public Order Board of the Vilnius County Chief Police Commissariat (AVPK), told BNS on Saturday.
