The project will be complemented by residential buildings “Poliaris”, “Pašvaistė” and “Rytas”. A total of 93 two-to-four-room apartments and 14 commercial premises will be installed in them, which will complement the already formed image of the quarter.

The development of the “Naujasis Skansenas” project at the intersection of Linkmenų and Žalgirio streets began in 2020. “Naujasis Skansenas” is already a formed city quarter today, where a community lives, commercial spaces and daily services operate. The last three houses will complete the project, which has been consistently developed for more than five years, and in which a total of 16 residential buildings will be built.

The last houses of “Naujasis Skansenas” are planned to be completed in the autumn of 2027. The total project area is about 4 hectares – of which 3.4 ha is allocated for residential construction.
