The factory, covering more than 20,000 square meters, produces wall, roof, floor, and renovation panels, as well as other structural elements from engineered wood. These are intended for the renovation and new construction of multi-apartment and public buildings in Lithuania and foreign markets.

In the initial stage, the factory plans to reach an annual capacity of about 210,000–250,000 square meters of panels – enough to renovate approximately 150 multi-apartment buildings.
