“During the competition, two manufacturers submitted inquiries and comments on technical requirements and contract terms almost until the last days. After reviewing the feedback received, we will clarify the competition documentation and announce a new competition. Since all parties have already completed the main procurement work, we believe the new competition will take less time,” he added.
