“We do not have any solid data that such a signal was sent to Moscow. And if it was, then I think we need to look at the consequences – what the reaction from the Russian side would be and so on,” V. Vitkauskas told journalists on Thursday.
“I think it is definitely too early to speculate on what happened, because we do not have such solid data. These are only interpretations that we see,” he added.
