“I don’t remember when I worked so much that I would sit at work until late, because we are changing the structure a bit, introducing many new things, and they don’t do themselves. There will be new job positions – I will announce soon,” Mindaugas said on the social network “Instagram”.
We remind you that there is a positive turn in the divorce process of entrepreneurs Simona and Mindaugas Lipnius. After a period of tension, last week the couple managed to find a compromise and reach a very important peace agreement. This decision also brought huge changes to their long-cultivated joint business.
Not long ago, M. Lipnius publicly shared that he was going through a difficult phase – the man said he was under pressure and was even dismissed from the family company.
However, after emotions subsided, the spouses managed to resolve everything peacefully. The main news is that Simona is stepping back from the “Simitri” brand activities.

“It happened, and thank God it did – Simona and I managed to reach peace. Today we signed all agreements, put the dots on the ‘i’s.
After all my public departures, the biggest concern, of course, arose among our “Simitri” community – employees, partners, suppliers, and finally clients.
I want to bring clarity to this matter. From today, Simona is stepping back from “Simitri” activities. I express my huge thanks to her regarding “Simitri” activities and her undeniable contribution to all of this. Without her, “Simitri” would not be what it is today, but it so happened that I will continue this journey and all business development alone with our team, because behind the wheel of “Simitri” stood not only me, not only Simona, but many other great people.
Of course, after all this, “Simitri” will change, and I have no doubt that these changes will lead us to a completely different level. So from today the page is simply blacked out, and on Friday we will start anew,” Mindaugas announced about the changes on the social network “Instagram”.
