The Ministry of Defense statement noted that casualties were avoided.
“This morning, June 5, a naval drone discovered in the civilian port of Constanta (…) exploded around 10:30 a.m. local (and Lithuanian) time, with no casualties,” the country’s Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
