“This program is an important step towards a cleaner city of Kaunas. The main goal of the program is to reduce the amount of pollutants released into the environment and to provide residents with the opportunity to use a developed, quality service in the city of Kaunas.
The program is intended for residents of the city of Kaunas who are not yet connected to centralized water supply and sewage networks, but the networks have already been brought to the boundary of their plot,” says Ramūnas-Petras Šulskus, General Director of the company “Kauno vandenys.”

Up to 3,000 euros are allocated for connecting one house to the drinking water supply and sewage treatment infrastructure, and 1,500 euros when connecting to only one of the networks (water supply or sewage). Additionally, 300 euros are allocated for the installation of a sewage pump (purchase and installation), if necessary when connecting to the sewage treatment infrastructure. Please note that the beneficiary contributes the missing funds.
