As reported by the Kaunas Fire and Rescue Department, on August 14 at 04:56 a message was received that in a multi-apartment building on Jotvingių Street in Kaunas, sounds of a person groaning were heard from an apartment above.
When firefighters arrived together with police officers, a reconnaissance was carried out and the situation was clarified.
