In June, compared to the same month last year, eurozone goods exports to other countries increased by 14.4% to 272.5 billion euros. Imports from other countries in the world grew by 13.1% to 264 billion euros.
From January to June, the eurozone recorded a trade surplus of 9.8 billion euros, compared to a surplus of 82.2 billion euros in the same period last year. Eurozone goods exports to other countries in the world decreased by 0.2% to 1,487.2 billion euros, while imports increased by 4.9% to 1,477.4 billion euros.
