“Love in Jewish tradition has many forms – love for family, community, God, homeland, traditions, and life. We invite you to get to know Jewish culture on a Sunday afternoon in Kurkliai not from a textbook, but through experience and flavors,” states the announcement from the Anykščiai Arts Center.

On Sunday, the former Kurkliai synagogue building will be open to visitors. Various educational activities will take place here, and an exhibition will be on display.
An afternoon concert is planned, featuring traditional Eastern European Jewish klezmer music, as well as Balkan and Romani music.
