According to police data, on August 8 at about 19:10 in Klaipėda, near Šilutės pl. 28, by the shopping center, the driver of an electric micro-mobility vehicle, according to preliminary data, hit a puppy and fled the scene.

Officers are looking for people who witnessed the incident. Drivers who were passing the scene at that time and had dashcams operating in their cars are also asked to come forward.
