Visiting her “Telegram” account, it can be seen that the woman and her fiancé Sapre are promoting a video in which they allegedly have sex on a Lithuanian beach.
“See the uncensored video,” Gerda urged “Telegram” users to click the link to “Only Fans.”
The video is also promoted on the main page of Gerda’s “Only Fans” account.
“Sex video by the sea,” it says.
It is indicated that G. Bieliauskaitė’s sexually explicit material currently costs 6 euros per month.
This is not the first time G. Bieliauskaitė has been involved in a sex scandal. At the beginning of July, information appeared that she and Haroldas Saprykimas-Sapre allegedly demonstrated sexual intercourse during a live broadcast and received money for it.
Although the couple usually does live broadcasts almost daily on the “TikTok” network, that night they were tempted by a challenge from viewers – after receiving an offer of 300 euros to have sex publicly, they moved their broadcast to the “Kick” platform, which has looser rules.

There, people saw ambiguous images: the couple, lying under a blanket, allegedly performed or simulated sexual intercourse. The recordings included H. Saprykin’s moans, and at one point G. Bieliauskaitė even said, “you’ll suffocate soon.”
At that time, Gerda told the Žmonės.lt portal that the act was staged, but the police had received complaints from viewers and therefore contacted her.
“We wanted to create funny content and make people laugh. But people took everything very seriously and started writing complaints to the police. We really didn’t want to offend anyone or do anything bad, just joke, and that’s what we did. Today the police called me, and I told them we were just joking. They said not to do such things anymore, even as a joke, and that’s it. I replied that we wouldn’t repeat it, and that’s all,” Gerda told Žmonės.lt after receiving a police warning.
At the beginning of July, Žmonės.lt contacted Ramūnas Matonis, head of the Communications Department of the Police Department, regarding this situation, who commented on whether content broadcast publicly is always considered pornographic.
“Article 309 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania provides for criminal liability for the production or acquisition of pornographic content with the intent to distribute or the distribution of pornographic content. Article 309 of the Criminal Code also provides liability for the demonstration or advertisement of pornographic content. It should be noted that not all erotic or sexual content is automatically considered pornography – this is assessed by experts.
Such activity may raise legal issues, but in each case, it is necessary to evaluate the specific factual circumstances. Each situation is assessed individually. It is evaluated whether the created and distributed content meets the characteristics of pornographic content, whether there is no data on involvement in prostitution or its organization, profiting from another person’s prostitution, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or other legal violations according to the characteristics of these criminal acts. When deciding on possible criminal liability, all case circumstances, their compliance with legal regulations providing for criminal liability, collected evidence, and, if necessary, specialists’ or experts’ conclusions are significant,” R. Matonis told Žmonės.lt.
