On July 12, Volodymyr Zelensky stated that there will be changes in the government, and he offered Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko another position. J. Svyrydenko herself confirmed that she will leave the post of head of government.

“A new quality of cooperation with Ukraine’s partners is needed to implement agreements on arms supplies. Agreements reached at the leadership level must be implemented much faster and more comprehensively. The United States and the agreement on ‘Patriot’ production licenses. Europe and our cooperation with partners – primarily regarding the production of European missile defense systems, as well as other projects of such defensive cooperation. Who is the main candidate to replace Prime Minister Svyrydenko
According to information from Member of Parliament Yaroslav Zheleznyak, candidates for the post of Prime Minister may include the current Minister of Energy Denys Shmyhal, Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, and Chairman of the Board of Ukraine’s national oil and gas company “Naftogaz” Serhiy Koretsky.
As noted by Y. Zheleznyak, it is S. Koretsky who is the main contender for the post of head of the new Cabinet of Ministers.
