The weekend in Austria was supposed to be crowned by the last final race, but it was canceled due to heavy rain. Therefore, the final stage standings were calculated based on the results of the three completed final races.
“I rate the weekend very well – I managed to take first and second places in my class. It’s a pity that the last race was canceled. Now we will go straight to Slovakia with the team, where the next ‘Formula 4’ stage will take place,” said M. Šilkūnas.

“Renauer Motorsport” representative T. Rudokas, after troubles with injuries and technical issues at the start of the season, was finally able to demonstrate his skill. In his qualifying session, he recorded the eighth time (1.21.905).
In his first final race, T. Rudokas finished 15th (+23.210 sec.), and in the second – 11th (+9.458 sec.).
“In the first race, I stalled on the track, so I dropped to the last place. Later, I managed to overtake many opponents and rise to 15th place. Considering the situation, that’s quite a good result. In the second race, I started 12th, climbed up to ninth place, but was soon pushed off the track and lost a couple of positions. I’m already looking forward to the next races,” shared T. Rudokas.
In the overall Central European “Formula 4” championship standings after two stages, M. Šilkūnas (48 points) rose to sixth place. T. Rudokas, who earned his first six points, ranks 27th. Leading is German E. Weiss (111 points).
