The lost kilograms brought not only a better appearance but also more energy.

“I feel lighter, more energetic, I sleep better, I have more strength for work and family. It’s nice to fit into clothes again that I couldn’t wear for a while. Healthy eating and exercise brought back the body shape I had lost,” he smiles.

E.Vaškelevičius assures that these changes are not a short-term diet or preparation for summer. This has become a new lifestyle that he intends to continue.

“The most important thing is not to lose weight quickly, but to learn to live differently. I am glad that I managed to change my habits and today I can say – I feel better than a few years ago,” he states.
