A. Skrolis was born on November 8, 1954. He was a longtime head of the Jonava police department, linking his professional life with the internal affairs system.
The officer had two higher education degrees. In 1976, he graduated from the Vilnius State Pedagogical Institute with a teaching specialty, and in 1993 he graduated from the Lithuanian Police Academy and became a lawyer.
A. Skrolis was also a retiree of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. His professional biography includes service in the 1st Internal Service Regiment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where he served as a staff specialist.

Relatives inform that farewells to A. Skrolis will be possible on August 24 from 2 p.m. at the “Rimties Namai” funeral home, P. Vaičiūnas St. 45, Jonava.
On August 25 at 9 a.m., Holy Mass will be offered for A. Skrolis at the Rimkai St. John Parish Chapel, Chemikų St. 126.

On the same day at 2 p.m., the deceased will be escorted to the Jonava cemetery.
