„Bigbank“ lends 20 million euros for the „Nativo Resort & Spa“ project in Palanga

Financing is intended to refinance loans and remaining construction works in the “Nativo Resort & Spa” complex in Palanga, Monciškės, the bank announced.

According to the announcement, the current completion of the buildings is 81–89%, and the construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
