“Considering the air carrier’s compliance with the applicable conditions and contractual obligations, a standard procedure has been initiated, applied to all air carriers in similar situations. During this procedure, certain restrictions on aerodrome service provision may be applied.
The published notice for air missions (NOTAM) is part of this procedure and is intended to inform about the operational decisions applied. He also noted that “SkyUp Airlines” is a long-term aviation partner of Lithuanian airports.

“There is constant communication with the airline representatives. Currently, the airline (through its subsidiary SkyUp MT Limited) operates on average one flight per week at Vilnius airport,” he stated.
Nevertheless, LTOU announced that an agreement was reached with the company.
“After the airline fulfilled part of its obligations, the applied measures were reviewed, including the cancellation of the NOTAM.
LTOU continues to closely assess the situation, and further decisions will depend on how the airline fulfills the remaining obligations,” confirmed M. Jaugelavičius.
