Independent board member R. Geleževičius was elected its chairman for a four-year term on Thursday, Telecentras reported.

As BNS wrote, four new members have been working on the Telecentras board since the beginning of May, and the number of its members has been increased from three to five.
The new board also includes former heads of the Special Investigation Service, the Register Center, and the Customs Criminal Service Saulius Urbanavičius, Jūratė Puodžiukaitė-Dildienė, who has worked in telecommunications, IT, and technology sectors in Denmark, Norway, and the United Kingdom for the past 15 years, and former head of the Telecentras Audit Committee Ramutė Ribinskienė.

Roma Andruškevičienė, head of the State Property and Enterprise Management Group at the Ministry of Transport, continues her work on the board for a second term.
