“This is the very first apartment that my wife Rovena and I purchased together. We haven’t lived in it ourselves for a decade, so we have been renting it out for exactly that long,” said R. Žiogas.
When asked about how he chooses people to trust with his home, the well-known man said he leaves the search to professionals, but his most important personal criterion is one.
“The tenants are always selected by an agency. The criteria are very simple – the most important thing is that people are honest. Of course, this is best seen over time, in the long term, but we always get really good tenants,” the interviewee said happily.
