During this time, many things have happened – the alleged resignations of Rimas Kurtinaitis and Tomas Pačėsas, the search for a new head coach and ongoing “consultations” with coaches, loudly voiced opposition thoughts about the need to change the leadership of the “Lithuanian Basketball” association, or even a possible player boycott.

However, ten days of Mindaugas Balčiūnas’ reflections brought no changes, the association and team leaders, maintaining a consistent direction, got to work outlining the team roster for the upcoming FIBA window, and talks of a possible boycott or protest vanished like smoke.
