Earlier on August 14, the Russian Ministry of Defense posted an image on its Telegram channel showing three strike drones, with the caption: “Winter will bring you cold.”
“You reap what you sow”
Andriy Kovalenko, head of Ukraine’s center for combating disinformation, promised that Ukraine would take mirror retaliatory actions.
He emphasized that “the mirror principle always works,” and reminded Russian citizens: “You reap what you sow.”

What Russia threatened
15min reminds that on Friday the Russian Ministry of Defense announced its response to Kyiv’s proposed ceasefire.
“The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to strike Ukraine’s port infrastructure and sea vessels used in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the message on the Telegram platform reads.
After a few hours, the ministry shared a photo showing Iranian “Shahed” type attack drones and the caption “Like snow on your head.” It also included a message to Ukrainians – “Winter will bring you cold.”
