Relevant services are working at the scene, and the consequences are being eliminated, added the Special Operations Forces.
Earlier, on July 31, a series of explosions thundered in the city of Khmelnytskyi, although an air raid alert was not announced.
The head of the regional administration, Serhiy Tiurin, said that no information about casualties had been received. Later, the official stated that a state of emergency was declared at one of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces’ military training grounds.
According to him, a headquarters was established at the scene to eliminate the consequences.

“Patrol police forces informed residents of nearby residential buildings about the need to hide in shelters. Currently, there is information about damage to residential buildings,” added S. Tiurin.
The mayor of Khmelnytskyi, Oleksandr Simchyshyn, confirmed that several residential and communal buildings were damaged due to the explosions. The possible debris scattering area was fenced off.
Videos appeared on social networks in which Khmelnytskyi residents recorded the explosions. Reports note that the blast wave broke windows and damaged walls with shards in people’s homes.
