In the first quarter, the hosts suffered a heavy knockdown and were forced to chase their opponents 6:21.
Finally, in the fourth quarter, Fenerbahçe managed to level the score at 54:54, but the guests played better again in the last minutes.
It seemed that Anadolu Efes would take the victory, as with 11 seconds left they were ahead 59:57, but Talen Horton-Tucker scored with a foul with 3 seconds remaining and snatched an impressive victory – 60:59.
Nicolo Melli and Tarik Biberovic scored 16 points each for the winners, 14 – T. Horton-Tucker.
Anadolu Efes had 17 points from P.J. Dozier, 10 each from Shane Larkin and Vincent Poirier.
