“Most of the guests on this ship are from Germany and Austria. Almost 600 of them went on excursions in Klaipėda, Palanga, and the Curonian Spit,” said Romena Savickienė, head of the Klaipėda Tourism Information Center, to the news portal VE.lt.

Klaipėda port is one of the stops on this ship’s journey from Bremerhaven to Kiel. The ship, which started its journey on July 31, plans to visit not only Lithuania but also Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark. The price for such a trip on this ship starts from nearly 9 thousand US dollars, staying in a double cabin.
On the 204 m long ship, there are evening shows, several restaurants, numerous shops, as well as a swimming pool, a hot tub, a SPA area with saunas and steam rooms.

This year, it is already the 33rd cruise ship to pass through the gates of Klaipėda port.
This week, Klaipėda will welcome three more cruise ships: on Tuesday, the 294 m long liner “MSC Magnifica” will arrive, on Friday – the 131 m long “Le Champlain,” and on Saturday – the 100 m long ship “Clio.”
