This week, the Klaipėda District Court ruling came into force, declaring the company liquidated due to bankruptcy and confirming the list of creditors. It specifies how much and to whom debts are currently unpaid.
“The company is not operating, no settlement agreement has been made (…) The list of creditors is indicated based on the data available in the case,” the September 4 ruling states.
According to it, the bankrupt company left almost 223 thousand euros in debts.
Of these, 13.4 thousand euros are claims from six former employees, with amounts ranging from 110 to 5.3 thousand euros. In May of this year, when the bankruptcy case was filed against “Sėkmės tiltas,” debts to 17 employees exceeded 61 thousand euros.
After liquidation, the company left most debts to the state – 95 thousand euros unpaid to “Sodra,” nearly 15 thousand to the Tax Inspectorate, and over 3.3 thousand euros to “Iltei,” which provides state loans to businesses.

The remaining debts are unpaid money for various goods and services.
Operated for almost 30 years
“Sėkmės tiltas” was established in May 1997 and was engaged in public catering activities, while the “Easy lounge” restaurant was opened in the spring of 2013 in the premises of the then “Pramogų bankas.”
According to bankruptcy case data, the company’s director announced a downtime for an indefinite period on February 19 this year and could not offer employees other work.
According to the Register Center data, the company’s revenue decreased by 11% last year to 712 thousand euros, while the loss increased 1.6 times to 144 thousand euros.

Last year, the average number of employees in the company was 28, which also decreased over the year.
“Sėkmės tiltas” belonged to the “Nesė group” controlled group of companies.
