She agreed to share the post with the readers of the Žmonės.lt portal as well.

“Somehow it so happened by chance that upon arriving in Oslo for a concert, the day before there was the solemn funeral of Norway’s King Harald V.

A romantic escape for two is a bit different, but I can’t complain. Such a historic event does not happen every day, and we would not have flown specifically on the day of the funeral, the trip was planned two months in advance. However, on this day we would not have found a safer place in Europe, all the rulers flew in, and the security and police presence was probably more than I will ever see anywhere else in my life. I count this unplanned experience among the more interesting trips,” Vasha wrote.

Žmonės.lt reminds that on Wednesday Norway said goodbye to King Harald V, who died at the end of August. World leaders and representatives of royal families gathered to honor the country’s leader.
