During his career overseas, D. Jones also represented the Atlanta Hawks, Phoenix Suns, Los Angeles Lakers, Sacramento Kings, Utah Jazz, and Cleveland Cavaliers.

His most productive season was 2021–2022, when he averaged 8.1 points and 4.4 rebounds per game with the Kings.

This summer in Puerto Rico, D. Jones averaged 14.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game. He played 7 games, spending 25 minutes on the court per game.
