The Court of Appeal ruled on August 27 that an unauthorized construction object cannot be realized, and therefore cannot be transferred to the Vilnius authorities. It upheld the decision of the Vilnius District Court from July 8.

“The court of first instance, when establishing the significant factual circumstances of the case, properly examined and evaluated the evidence collected in the case, correctly applied the substantive and bankruptcy process regulations, the conclusions of the court of first instance correspond to the entirety of the evidence collected in the case,” the Court of Appeal ruled.
