„Galio Group“ sells the business center „Wave“ to the company „Groa Capital“ fund

The business center located in Naujamiestis is being acquired by the closed-end investment company “Groa Real Estate Opportunity Fund,” intended for informed investors, announced “Galio Group” on Monday.
