Breakfast
When, after a three-hour flight from windy and still cold Vilnius, I landed in Malta, I felt hungry. Morning flights have their romance, but they are not good friends to the stomach. I don’t want to eat before the flight, so when I find myself in a new country, I quite often start my acquaintance with a cup of coffee and “something tasty.”
So I was really happy when one of the first stops was a family restaurant located near the famous and tourist-favorite “silent city” – Mdina. Its owner Mark started working here since childhood, and after his father’s death, he continues his business.
