At the same time, “Capitalica Asset Management” stated that more than 70 million euros are planned to be invested in the third and fourth buildings, and their construction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027 and by July 2028, respectively.

Investments in the entire project will amount to about 150 million euros. The company will offer the market more than 50 thousand square meters of Class A rentable office space.

Construction of “Verde” began in 2020, the first building was completed in 2022.
