Many locals and vacationers will long remember the legendary Nida bar “Kaštonas”, which operated on Naglių Street. It was finally demolished on February 25, 2025.

It is estimated that investments in the “Marina Nida” complex and the renovation of the adjacent city infrastructure will amount to approximately 35 million euros. The project is being developed by UAB “Marina Nida” and “KNV10”, a company belonging to the “Kenova” group of companies.
