Representatives of two companies – “Tvari statyba” and “Lajota” – contacted the VRK yesterday and the day before, (…) they are requesting to additionally contact the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI). “For legal certainty and because we all understand perfectly well that this decision would go to court, the VRK decided to postpone the decision (…) and allow the company two weeks to submit documents that it considers useful to provide within the scope of this investigation for the VRK to evaluate,” she stated.
