The video was found on the phone of 21-year-old Abdul Rahman Ballout and was recorded on Saturday, the day of the attack, the newspaper reported, citing unnamed security officials.
The news agency AFP contacted prosecutors to confirm this information.
“Bild” reported that A.R. Ballout’s phone was found in a rented minibus, which the attacker drove into the crowd just a few hundred meters from the parade, and then crashed into a tree in Tiergarten Park.
