Third place was taken by another Ferrari driver, Charles Leclerc. Championship leader Kimi Antonelli secured fourth position, followed by Oscar Piastri, Max Verstappen, and George Russell.
Aston Martin with Fernando Alonso performed successfully in their context in qualifying. He made it into the second part of qualifying, and his position was 16th. Nico Hulkenberg also had success, finishing in the top ten.
