Horse Jumping in Priekulė: the program will attract not only sports fans

For two days in Vingis Park, there will be no shortage of sports, culture, entertainment, and community spirit. Traditionally, horse jumping competitions will take place, where riders will compete for the 32nd Edmund Klimovas and Klaipėda District Mayor Bronius Markauskas Cup.

During the festival, visitors can enjoy various activities for the whole family: a performance by Alytus Puppet Theatre “Aitvaras,” educational workshops by the craftsmen’s guild “Lamata,” Čirviniai pancake meadow, educational activities at Virblė nursery, the opening of the liturgical garments exhibition (Priekulė old post office – Turgaus St. 1), educational activities at the Gargždai Regional Museum, creative activities for children with the creative space “Marios laiko,” outdoor games with the Priekulė branch of the Jonas Lankutis Public Library, a hat-wearing coffee picnic with Liveta and Petras Kazlauskas, and the traditional Priekulė community procession.

The evening program will culminate with an awards ceremony, and on the main stage will perform Karolis Vaičiulis (cello), “Daddy Was A Milkman,” and Justinas Jarutis.
