“Too often we think about ourselves only when problems arise, although good well-being is created by daily habits and self-care. Therefore, we are happy to join this initiative together with partners who, like us, believe that good well-being is created by movement, prevention, and conscious attention to one’s health. LEMON GYM’s mission is to help people move more and find a way of moving that provides not only physical benefits but also more energy, better well-being, and a better quality of life. An important part of the project is not only well-being but also an objective assessment of health status. ANTĖJA will offer challenge participants a comprehensive blood test package at a special price of 36 euros instead of 136 euros. The test results will help create a broader picture of health and draw attention to areas that may require more care. Ten winners will also receive a 500-euro voucher for additional tests.
“Taking care of health primarily means getting to know your body better. Blood tests help objectively assess its condition and understand what is most important to focus on right now. Having a clear starting point makes it easier to choose the right changes: move more, review dietary habits, pay attention to rest, or, if necessary, select dietary supplements purposefully together with a specialist,” says ANTĖJA General Director Rasa Montvilė.
The BENU pharmacy is also contributing to the challenge by providing dietary supplement recommendations and offering exclusive discounts on the shopping basket. Ten main winners will also receive an annual supply of recommended dietary supplements.
