Mom reminded me that I already have what is most important. And I will not start from scratch. I will move forward. Just as I was always taught.
So today, with brave and curious eyes, I look ahead and am making myself at home in a new space right in the heart of the Palanga resort, which will be different both for you and for me. It will be for you, because every client, every person grows and changes. I fully understand that it is no longer enough to just prepare and sell a good dish. People seek emotion, adventure, an experience that will be remembered for a long time. That is what the new place will be about, where a unique atmosphere will be created by chefs, staff, and artists alike.
I have been managing the company for several years. I know that now is a difficult time for the catering business. Therefore, I fully understand the risk I am taking. I can win, but I can also end up empty-handed. But if I didn’t take risks, everything I do would lose its meaning. Because only moving forward, challenges, and new goals lead forward.
I am insanely grateful to all clients, restaurant visitors, employees, partners, followers, friends for their constant support, and to my family for their unconditional love and belief in me. These things inspire me every day not to stop.
