In the Dnipropetrovsk region, 12 people were injured during Russian attacks, including 11 in the Nikopol district and one in the Kryvyi Rih district, said the regional head Oleksandr Hanža.

The Nikopol district constantly experiences Russian attacks because it is on the other side of the Dnipro River opposite Enerhodar, which Russia has occupied since 2022. Enerhodar is also home to the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, where Russian forces are stationed and which is used as leverage for nuclear threats.
These attacks occurred as Russia launched a larger-scale drone attack on Ukraine during the night. The Air Force reported that Russia launched 229 drones, of which 212 were shot down. At least 14 drones reached their targets in 11 locations, and debris was recorded in five other locations.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, two people were killed and seven injured during Russian attacks. In the neighboring Donetsk region, according to local officials, two people were killed and four injured.

Russian forces also struck the city of Koriukivka in the Chernihiv region, hitting a local company’s parking lot and killing a driver, reported regional head Viacheslav Chaus.
Over the past day, Russia attacked the center of the Kharkiv region and 15 other towns and villages, injuring 11 people, said regional head Oleh Syniehubov.
In the Sumy region, two men were injured during Russian drone attacks, and in the Kherson region, Russian forces targeted 36 settlements over the past day, including the regional center Kherson, injuring one person, local officials reported.
