Brussels negotiated for some time to gain access to this model, which is said to have raised concerns about its hacking capabilities and has been available only to a limited number of approved partners since June.
“After constructive negotiations with Anthropic, we can confirm that the EU cybersecurity agency ENISA has been granted access to Mythos 5 and is now testing it,” said EU digital affairs spokesperson Thomas Regnier.

He added that the agency based in Greece had previously been granted access to the latest models from Anthropic’s competitor OpenAI, including GPT-6-ASTRA.
