According to FlightRadar24 data, on the morning of August 25, a US Armed Forces aircraft Boeing C-17 Globemaster III took off from Riga and later landed at Moscow airport.

This was stated to the propaganda portal gazeta.ru by Russian Major General, war pilot Vladimir Popov.
