VMVT took two more samples of grain shipments of unclear purpose from Russia

As BNS stated, VMVT representative Aistė Prielgauskaitė said that samples were taken on Wednesday at customs-supervised warehouses in the port of Klaipėda.

“The shipments arrived from Russian territory, two samples were taken because a large quantity of grain was delivered. The situation is similar to when previous samples were taken – the documents did not clearly specify the purpose, whether the grain was intended for food or feed,” A. Prielgauskaitė told BNS on Wednesday.
