As the opposition news portal “Agentstvo” writes, the meeting took place around 8:30 p.m. Moscow time and began with Putin stating that he wanted to know how the work to identify “these criminals” was progressing.
“They all must receive the punishment they deserve. And it will be unstoppable,” he said.
️The names of the alleged criminals were first named by Prosecutor General Alexander Gutsan, and then by the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin. According to A. Gutsan, the commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ drone forces, Robert Brovdi, and the head of Ukrainian military intelligence, Oleh Ivashchenko, are the accused in the strike case.
A. Bastrykin added that the strike on Starobilsk from the Kharkiv region territory was carried out by soldiers of the Ukrainian 414th drone brigade “Ptakhi Madyara,” led by Andriy Klymenko.

The next day he said that the intelligence agencies’ information about a possible massive strike “still applies.” On Monday, he reiterated that “the Russians have prepared it [the strike].”
Moscow had already reacted to the strike on Starobilsk, initially launching an “Oreshnik” missile at the city of Bila Tserkva, located 90 km from Kyiv, and then announcing the start of strikes on “decision-making centers” in Kyiv.
The massive Russian attack carried out last night claimed at least 10 lives, dozens more were injured, and an unknown number of others remain trapped in the rubble.
