Details of target destruction

According to the military, the Defense Forces recently carried out a precise air strike on a target in the city center.

There, Russian occupiers had set up a launch site for “Molnija” type attack drones and a base for an aerial reconnaissance unit.

“The destruction of this object complicated the activities of enemy drone units in this area and reduced the enemy’s reconnaissance and strike capabilities,” noted the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces.

Occupant tactics in Pokrovsk

The Russians continue to try to concentrate forces and resources in Pokrovsk to support further offensive operations in the territory for which the Air Assault Forces units are responsible.

One of the main priorities of the Russian army remains the expansion of the network of drone control points directly in the city.

For this, the occupiers use civilian infrastructure – residential and apartment buildings, concrete shelters, basements, and stairwells.

Ukrainian military personnel note that such hidden enemy objects are systematically detected and destroyed.

Situation in the Pokrovsk direction

We remind you that the situation around Pokrovsk has recently remained extremely tense due to constant pressure from the occupiers. Recently, the Ukrainian army denied the claims of “DeepState” analysts that the city had been completely occupied.

The 7th Rapid Response Corps officially reported that the defensive operation in Pokrovsk continues, and Ukrainian units firmly hold positions in the northern approaches to the city.

To more effectively repel enemy assaults, the command of the Defense Forces is concentrating additional technological means. In particular, the 7th Air Assault Corps united forces with the 414th Separate Attack Drone Brigade “Magyar’s Birds” and the special operations unit “Lazar Group”.
