Therefore, we have made a preventive decision to temporarily close the shopping center so that experts can carry out all the necessary assessments and inspections throughout the building. After receiving their conclusions, we will evaluate the recommended actions and inform tenants and the public about the further progress of the work and the reopening of the shopping center,” says Miglė Žygienė, marketing project manager of „Baltisches Haus“.

While the building manager organizes the technical condition assessment, the „Iki“ store operating in the shopping center will be temporarily closed.
„We want to ensure smooth and safe shopping, so to ensure a full inspection of the shopping center, the operation of the „IKI – Šeškinė“ store will also be temporarily suspended. While the assessment work is underway, we welcome customers to the nearest „Iki“ stores – „IKI – Pikas“ (Ukmergės g. 221, Vilnius) and „IKI – Fabijoniškės“ (Fabijoniškių g. 2A, Vilnius). The grocery store will open its doors at the same time as the entire shopping center,” says Gintarė Kitovė, communications manager of „Iki“.
The building manager will provide additional information about the reopening of the shopping center once more information about the resolution of technical problems and possible work deadlines is available.

We remind that due to technical obstacles, the „IKI – Šeškinė“ store located at Šeškinės g. 32, Vilnius, was already temporarily closed on Saturday. The company, together with the building manager, was clarifying the situation and awaiting expert assessment. On Saturday around 7 p.m., the company announced that the store would reopen.
