The “Marriott” hotel in Palanga is rapidly rising: the wreath is already being raised

In the hotel complex with an area of more than 32 thousand sq. m, it is planned to arrange 222 rooms and apartments, SPA and pool areas, a conference center, a restaurant, and a bar.

Construction in Palanga began 5 years ago.

In 2021, when construction started, a bold plan was shared to complete the hotel in 2023. However, the situation changed drastically during that time – war began, material supply was disrupted, and an energy challenge awaited.

This would be the third hotel of the “Marriott” network.

In Vilnius, a 20 million euro hotel “Courtyard by Marriott” was opened on the site of the former “Žalgiris” stadium.

In 2020, the “Marriott” network hotel “Moxy” opened its doors in Kaunas, costing 14 million euros.
