A resident of the port city experienced quite a shock on Thursday (August 13).
Around noon, the woman arrived at her house on Liepaja Street – the house is rented out.
Upon entering, the owner did not recognize the house – she found it thoroughly vandalized.
Damaged stairs, doors, furniture, a broken television, and other items.
The damage was estimated at about 1470 euros.
According to the victim, all this happened within a day – from Wednesday to Thursday.

It is suspected that the tenants had a wild party in the rented house.
Officials are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched at the Klaipėda City Police Commissariat for destruction or damage to someone else’s property.
